As countries were slowly opening up international travel after the first wave of Covid-19 Lockdown. My father passed away and I needed to travel immediately from Dubai to Mangalore. Rajshree Balwani was extremely kind and helpful. Till very late hours in the night, she was guiding me to the PCR center and browsing for tickets. Next day early morning she was up and about trying every possible ways to get me a ticket which she managed 4 to 5 hrs before the flight departure. She went out of the way to help me in every which way she could, including filling up the mandatory travel forms which I was too stressed to fill on my own. Her compassionate constant calls to ease my grief and nervousness till I got my boarding card was very consoling.
